At Özen Elektronik, customer satisfaction is our priority. Cancellations and returns are accepted under the conditions set out below, in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.
You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Please contact us at sales@ozenelektronik.com.tr or call +90 216 518 99 99. Orders that have already been handed to the courier cannot be cancelled; in that case the return procedure applies.
You may exercise your right to return a product within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date, without giving any reason. Simply notify us in writing at sales@ozenelektronik.com.tr.
The returned product must meet the following conditions:
– Unused and undamaged
– In its original, unopened or undamaged packaging
– Complete with all accessories, documentation and any bundled items
– Accompanied by the invoice or order number
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
– Devices that have been calibrated or officially sealed
– Used products or products with damaged packaging
– Custom-ordered or individually manufactured products
– Digital content and software licences (after delivery/activation)
– Products for which the 14-day return period has elapsed
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please pack the product securely and send it to:

Once the returned item is received and verified, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Credit card refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please note the issue on the courier's delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible at sales@ozenelektronik.com.tr with photographs of the damage.
