BUYER
The person whose name, address and contact details are declared in the order form.

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website www.ozenelektronik.com.tr, in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation and regulations on distance contracts.

The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive price and payment details of the purchased product are displayed to the BUYER on the order summary page. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes.

Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT or mail order. Credit card transactions are processed securely via 3D Secure infrastructure. For bank transfer/EFT payments, the order is processed after the payment clears into the SELLER's account.

Products will be shipped to the BUYER's specified address within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER and are shown in the order summary. For out-of-stock or custom-made products, the SELLER will notify the BUYER of the applicable delivery timeframe separately. International deliveries may be subject to different timelines and conditions.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by all accessories. Written notice of withdrawal must be sent to sales@ozenelektronik.com.tr.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
– Devices that have been calibrated or sealed
– Custom-ordered or individually manufactured products
– Digital content and software licences (after delivery/activation)

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned by the BUYER at the BUYER's expense. The SELLER will refund the purchase amount to the BUYER's original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Istanbul (Anatolian) Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.

By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read this contract and accepted all its terms. The contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order by the SELLER.
